Chief Executive Officer
Markus Tellenbach has over 20 years of successful track record as CEO in leading international public and private media companies. As a veteran in European Commercial Television Mr. Tellenbach has been recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership in creating and launching new television stations across Europe such as Eurosport, VOX, Veronica, TVN 24bis as well as numerous radio and internet services. Previous to his appointment, he served as CEO of TVN S.A. Poland’s leading multi-channel broadcaster. He restructured TVN’s pay-tv operation and initiated market consolidation with a successful merger with CANAL+. Under his leadership, TVN successfully implemented its own OTT service and established a pioneering airtime representation business resulting in increased ad market share.
Bruno is a successful entrepreneur and multi-industrialist. After a diverse corporate banking career, he co-founded ITI Group, which developed into Poland’s largest broadcasting and entertainment operation, becoming executive Chairman prior to selling to U.S. media group Scripps Networks Interactive in 2015. Concurrently, as executive Chairman of Tectus Group, he expanded the Group’s focus from construction, engineering and real estate to new technologies in, media, VR/AR, consumer and digital health markets.
Jamil is an inventor, author and an entrepreneur. As a former software engineer developing, for decades, code on IBM systems, Jamil has built a portfolio of research in collaboration with a number of world-class institutes and universities; Imperial College London, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, University of Bonn and others. Jamil’s is interests are in Virtual Reality (VR), brain signal analysis, Big Data and Brain Computer Interfaces (BCI). He and his team are developing algorithms for epilepsy prediction and other neurological disorders. He is also working on the use of VR in the treatment of phobias and in democratising human experience. Jamil is leading a team that are launching a bio-sensory cloud service offering Big Data management, storage and processing solutions.
He is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College, London and is the co-inventor of Virtually Live media.
Andrew is a seasoned finance professional with experience across multiple, successful eCommerce start-ups. Andrew co-founded both CourtLink (electronic access to court records; acquired by Lexis Nexis) and HealthAxis (online health insurance application processing), and served as the CFO for 9 years at the pioneering online social casino, PurePlay (acquired by RockYou). Andrew holds an M.B.A from UCLA and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Jesús is a computer scientist, technologist and inventor committed to the development of ICT hardware and software. Previously he led the technology research and development teams at NeuroPro, a Swiss based medical company that develops innovative solutions for brain data capture and analysis. He has advised numerous international organisations on capacity planning, digital security, cloud computing and enterprise web development. He is co-inventor and co-founder of Virtually Live media.
Romano has over 20 years experience in emerging markets and the media industry. He has held the position of Corporate Secretary at Poland’s largest broadcasting and entertainment operation, where he has lead lead several M&A transactions, capital market transactions in online and television broadcasting. Today Romano is Executive Board Member of the Tectus Group and responsible for group wide M&A, finance, legal and administration.
